Bad customer service

They are abusive people who have no idea how to behave.. They provided us damaged glasses and then said that we replaced the product. The executive was extremely bad and he misbehaved blaming everything on us....

I had purchased an OAKLEY Twitch Sunglasses from Sarol Opticals for 5925/- and on 23rd September 2009 i realized that the UV coating on the glasses were coming out. so i approached Mr. Manvir Singh- Director, Sarol Opticals Faridabad and he assured me that the Lenses will be replaced in a month.
