[Resolved] Sarol Opticals — Bad After sale services

I had purchased an OAKLEY Twitch Sunglasses from Sarol Opticals for 5925/- and on 23rd September 2009 i realized that the UV coating on the glasses were coming out. so i approached Mr. Manvir Singh- Director, Sarol Opticals Faridabad and he assured me that the Lenses will be replaced in a month. Since then i am just following up with him. Last week when i pressurized him, he revealed that he had given it to YUVA MOTORS(Distributors of Rayban-as Oakley is now a part of Rayban in India) and he also gave me the number of Bhiwadi office of Rayban to follow. I would like to bring it to the knowledge of Mr. Manvir Singh that this is not the way the Customer should be treated. If the customer would turn the back, where will they sell their products. Now i am hanging like a pendulum between Sarol Opticals, Yuva Motors & Rayban. If Sarol Opticals recieved my Sunglasses on 23/09/09 then till date(12/11/09) the sunglasses haven't reached Rayban. Mr. Manvir Singh of Sarol Opticals, Faridabad is following the case, lets see by the end of December 2009 if i get the replacement from Rayban

i agree with u. the service of SAROL opticals is very very dissapointing, thrice they have damaged my contact lenses or given me already damanged contact lenses and refused to accept their mistake, rather saying its my fault.
SAROL opticals is surely going to lose lot of its customers.

i agree with u the after sale service of SAROL opticals is very very poor.The director of Sarol opticals does not know how to attend the Customer.

Sarol opticals replaced my Spacs as per defined time frame.Earlier i was wrong.

i totally disagree with this feedback. i have always received exceptional service and very friendly atmosphere and they always handle my complaints and provide best possible solution.

Another victim of after sales
The sales guy shouted at me after i requested him for something really politely.

This is when i bought a Rs. 16000 worth of marc jacobs.

NEVER EVER GO TO THIS JUNK YARD. They are probably selling fake stuf[censored]nder the hood too
