i agree with u. the service of SAROL opticals is very very dissapointing, thrice they have damaged my contact lenses or given me already damanged contact lenses and refused to accept their mistake, rather saying its my fault.
SAROL opticals is surely going to lose lot of its customers.

i agree with u the after sale service of SAROL opticals is very very poor.The director of Sarol opticals does not know how to attend the Customer.
Sarol opticals replaced my Spacs as per defined time frame.Earlier i was wrong.

i totally disagree with this feedback. i have always received exceptional service and very friendly atmosphere and they always handle my complaints and provide best possible solution.
Another victim of after sales
The sales guy shouted at me after i requested him for something really politely.
This is when i bought a Rs. 16000 worth of marc jacobs.
