Hi,

I have placed two orders for books of my kids (Grade 3 and UKG) on 6th June 2022 (Order id 206458 and 206457) and till date the order is not delivered which is causing great inconvenience as its affecting my kids academics.

Everytime i call them they give excuse that stocks are not available and would ask me to wait for 3-4 days but nothing happens. There are other parents who are also facing the same issue.

I had requested for the school kit (8th standard textbooks) from this store on May 12th 2022 and books got delivered on May 23rd 2022. On checing one textbook of chemistry was found to be missing.

I rasied the issue with them on May 24th 2022 for the same. I was promosed by the call center person for speedy delivery of the same. Till date 23/6/2022 I have not received the textbook. I have been regularly been following up the support number and every time I have been promised it will be deliverd, Excuse given are no stock, book in prinint, wait for a week etc.

Schools have already started and we suffer for the non delivery,

After approx 3 to 4 days it was saying books are been dispatched and it was on the same status for around 5 to 6 days but no delivery. I had called to the customer support for the delivery on June 6 2022 they mentioned it shall be delivered before 10 June 22 but they did not share any complaint number with me .
