I had requested for the school kit (2nd standard textbooks) from this store on May 30th. After approx 3 to 4 days it was saying books are been dispatched and it was on the same status for around 5 to 6 days but no delivery. I had called to the customer support for the delivery on June 6 2022 they mentioned it shall be delivered before 10 June 22 but they did not share any complaint number with me . On June 9, 2022 they updated on the portal books are delivered but it was not. In the mean time I had also send an email regarding this issue asking when books will be delivered but they acknowledged with just a ticket number and no reply on that. There was no reply back on the email for any update for delivery of books. When i called on the customer care again on June 10 2022 around 12 PM they said we will check why it is not delivered but did not gave me any complaint number. Again i called on June 10 2022 around 3 PM asking for the delivery at that time they took my complain and gave me the complaint number. Still waiting for their response.
Note : They mention their customer service is 24/7 but it is not they just answer in the After IST time only in the morning their phone is not reachable. Also they say their company name is school-store.in but it looks it is managed by below company because in the invoice it says sold by below company and when we complain we receive a link in email with ibtions link at a time looks to be a scam.
