Sir I have ordered books but it is not even delivered to me and I am also not able to track my product as this is a complete fraud pls help me...

I ordered books from schoolwale.com on 7th April. On 8th April status shows books are shipped through Indian post and given one tracking id. But that tracking id us not working showing no consignment of this number. And still till date 15 April 23 not received any order. My order Id was 14748, it is showing shipped on 8 April 23, but still not received. Tracking is given for Indian post RW[protected]IN shows no consignment. Seller also not...

I ordered the books from the schoolwale.com website on 19th January 2022. 20 days have passed but I still can't get the books. Please help me in this regard....
