I ordered a zommable torch Rs499 but delivered a simple plastic torch worth Rs100 I have requested to take back but deliveryman has not agreed and said it was not the matching product. I want to try to connect many times through whatsapp but failed. I uploaded the product picture at the time of return request.

These are the Shipstreak Customer Care number - [protected], [protected], [protected], I have also raised one complaint. They are having 2 address I found online not sure these are correct one - Office no. 401, 4th floor, Prudential building, Central Avenue, Powai, Mumbai, MH (400076).
