We have ordered pack of 12 bags and we got only 3 ... When I was registering for return I chose that I have changed my mind as I haven't read their policy the option "change my mind" was not their in their return policy and when I want to register for returning again they are not giving the option for returning please register my complaint it's urgent I have given ₹800...

Wrong product received. Instead of the 3- flip books, I received Drawing books for pre-schoolers.

I had placed an order worth ₹639 on the ShipStreak website (Order ID: [protected]), which included "Buy 1 Get 1 Free PREMIUM MEN'S HIGH STRETCH SKINNY LYCRA PANTS" (Size: L-32).

I received this order on 19th May 2025. However, the product I received is completely incorrect/defective and does not match the product that was advertised.

I tried...

After seeing advertisement, I placed order no. 4221. The material has been received on 28 april 2025. But the material supplied is not as shown in advertisement. The quantity is also not as per advertisement. The quality is extremely poor. I requested for return of item and my request has been promptly rejected. The company has cheated us. They should immediatly take back the material and refund the amount....

Today i have received a wrong item instead of the ordered one.
the item advertised was steel grass cutter. they have delivered a product called cast iron grass cutter sickle. i want a full refund. delivery man collected 450.00 for this.

I ordered 02 sets of the subject items on 11.02.2024 each set of rupees 599/- having scheme of "Buy one Get one free".
I paid 1198/- for 02 nos. of sets cash on delivery.
But when I open the parcel, I got only one set means 02 pieces of knee cure on the basis of buy one get one free. That is why I returned the same parcel with the same quantity to get 1198/- rupees back which I paid for 02 sets.

I have found a scam @shipstreak delivery portal. I order loose paints for me on cash on delivery my order number is #HDEALZ1093 invoice date 01.07.2024 (Sold by Luxurytrendz) I also pay Rs. 999/- for that but they send me wrong order which are not use for me. No order id no way to return wrong product of cheap quality paid 999 rupees.
Again they send same product of 999 payment but I refused to take...

I have found a scam @shipstreak delivery portal. My younger sister has received a item in my absence which I have not ordered, thought a product from nykaa. They are fruard and collect our name and number from other portal and create a scam. I gave 700rs and want to return my money....

I have ordered this belt and they charged 800 for this but when i received it it is nothing as it was showing its a cheap quality not working puece of belt worth 50 rs, when i requested for return they sent me a link amd asked my number when i put my number it says no order found i am using same number on which i jave orsered and on which they call to delivered. On 11th March I got a parcel, which I had never orderd, my brother received it, I thought it is from meesho, so I complained there, they told me the product is not from meesho, but on 15th March a delivery boy came to pickup my order for return, and picked up is done, I want my refund...

Please beware of this fraudulent company. They sent a hair oil which has leaked all over the box and they say they have a return policy but they don't, they also ask for all your personal bank details so you know this company is a serious scam.
BEWARE....

They send some kind of liquids instead of herbal oil and their is no option for refund my hole my was loss

They sent me a defective product, noe they are not taking it back and returning the money, they dont even have any CC nos where i can call & speak, guys please be aware of this fraud company and dont waste money by ordereing

Ordered from online portal of the Ship streak, delivered incorrect and neither taking return nor refunding the amount. All are fake and duplicated low quality products.

I am requesting dont be in their trap, this company also doing like online cyber crime. Immedialty arrest this guys....

धोखाधड़ी और बेईमानी धोखाधड़ी और बेईमानी कर रहे है मेने जो आर्डर किया था वो नहीं आया और उसकी जगह कुछ और बेज दिया और अब कोई सुनवाई नहीं की जा रही है में बहुत परेशान हो गया हु बहुत ही खराब और बेकार क्वालटी है

They sent a product that doesn't work. But advertising shows all mosquitos dying with this product tempting users to buy this 899 rs product. Later when you try to return there is no proper way to return nor option to talk to customer care. Big scam it is...

Shipstreak app https://app.shipstreak.com/returns/login is asking for details of product which was of wrong size but declined return after all details were filled up. Upon seeking for return, the site is asking for all details like name, bank AC no, IFSC code, etc which scammers can easily use for cyber crime. The site should be banned and people found and dealt as per law. It is suprising that the advertisement to the suspect site was routed through Facebook.

I recieved only boxes
According to my order I should receive 9 boxes
Want to return these boxes quality is also not good and want my amount back

I did not get complete product and I am reaching to charge service for return not responding the return link is béen declined as well

I want to cancel my order tracking ID OIPC[protected]

I ordered a zommable torch Rs499 but delivered a simple plastic torch worth Rs100 I have requested to take back but deliveryman has not agreed and said it was not the matching product. I want to try to connect many times through whatsapp but failed. I uploaded the product picture at the time of return request.

I would like to return this product that's why that was wrong order.
Actually this product is not an expected one.
