The product that we haven been ordered from the website shirtdaze and it has been delivered by ekart logistics. The that we got at 16/10/2023 is used, damaged and unhygienic.So we want refund as soon as posdible.Also the ekart logistics customer care service is not working and no proper response from their side.The product details is as follows,
