Had ordered a combo of 3 cargo pants from shirtdaze which was delivered via DTDC via parcel bearing AWB No. I16081482. The products inside were old, torn and not even the same specifics as the order as it contained kids and ladies garments. would be helpful if I got to know the process to file for refund .
