Ordered 4 T shirts combo but received 3 old and used Shirts (not T Shirts). Quality is too bad. There is no option in the site to return my order. This is very frustrating and I see now that there are many complaints for this website. Please take action immediately.

Wrong product delivered by shirtsofy

I am also a victim of SHIRTSOFY company as I ordered pack of 4!t shirts but got defective and used ones instead. I would urge authorities to take strict action against fraudsters and set an good example for all wrongdoers.

I had placed order for 4 t-shirts but got 3 t-shirts which were not the one i had ordered and showed in the website picture it was something else. The address and contact number is also not mentioned nor the return request on your website.
I want to return these parcel so request you to please arrange for a return pickup and refund my money.

I order pack of 4 T Shirts of rs.798.
But I received pack of 3 T Shirts, so I want to return my order or send me 1 T Shirt

Dear sir/madam,
It has been informed in your notice that I Sheikh owais has ordered pack of 4 Ethnic t-shirts from your online company but they sent me 3 pieces of ladies suits in really bad condition and used one's I have submitted a complaint against the wrong product delivered from your end.
I don't need of any product kindly take your parcell back and refund me my money, I have attached all the photos of that cheated product.
