I recently purchased a shoes from itsshoesup.in and the shoes i ordered was different and the shoes i got were different and when i tried to contact their email id i was not able to contact them ... I want my money back or the exact shoes which i ordered ...

I ordered New Balance 550 whit and black and got some fake nikes. Paid 1999 for this shoe I want to return it. Order id:G9453

Despite my efforts to resolve the matter directly with the company, I have been met with complete disregard and a lack of response, leaving me with no choice but to seek the intervention of the Consumer Court.
I ordered two pairs of shoes from itshoes up invoice no G5410 & G5377 I got big size and also same colour and same design but I ordered different designs..i want to return this shoes and want my money back.
However, upon receiving the delivery, I discovered that an entirely different product was sent to me, clearly indicating a grave error on the part of the company. Since then, my attempts to contact their customer support have been in vain, as no one has responded to the contact number provided or to my numerous emails.

Furthermore, it has come to my attention that Shoesup.in is actively running Google ads to attract unsuspecting customers, making false promises and misleading claims about their services and products. This blatant fraudulent behavior warrants serious attention and immediate action to protect innocent consumers from falling victim to their deceptive practices.

Considering the aforementioned circumstances, I kindly request your intervention and assistance in addressing the following matters:

Investigation: I urge the Consumer Court to conduct a thorough investigation into the business practices of Shoesup.in, specifically concerning their false advertising and fraudulent activities.

Resolution: I seek the Court's assistance in ensuring a fair and satisfactory resolution to my complaint. This includes arranging for the return of the incorrect product delivered and securing the prompt delivery of the correct item as per my original order.

Hi my name is nishtha, i ordered shoes for my husband order ID-3414, he has given diff shoes and 3rd grade quality, it not just ends here, i was alone at home when he came to deliver and this guy who delivered my shoes started misbehaving, i wanted to open the box check and then give money, coz frauds happens, i was opening but this guy forcefully entered my home started abusing me bangs my door coz i was alone at home, action should be taken against him.
