On the dated 29, 2021. Customer id SPO3339, MAP ID 33930929, Tracking ID [protected].
But till delivered wrong items and no use. Also customer care number still switched off. Unable to contact any person.

Refer attached statement. I am using HDFC fastag. I travelled from vadodara to Ahmedabad in 11.11.2020 and returned within 24 hrs. Total toll tax deducted Rs. 215 (105+110) as against return tax 160 Rs. Requesting you to settle remaining amount to my account. I am also claiming 1000 Rs, additional, as per regulatory guidelines (to the best of my reliable source), as its technical mistake happed with the fast tag issuing agency....
