They quoted a price for moving a bed from Noida to Patna. After collection they sent a bill which was double the quoted amount. Having paid 80% of the initial amount they then asked to pay the rest else they will not deliver. I refused to pay until they delivered and agreed to pay on delivery. They stopped taking my calls and I did not receive my bed after that....

On 7th November I contacted “Shri krishna Cargo packers and movers company” with a request for a quotation. I received answer with an approximate estimate of Rs. 16000 total amount to be paid for the service and asked two staff of them for packing my belongings ( refrigerator, motorbike, air conditioner, air cooler, household items, clothes, inverter, books, etc ) on 11th November 2023 .
