On 7th November I contacted “Shri krishna Cargo packers and movers company” with a request for a quotation. I received answer with an approximate estimate of Rs. 16000 total amount to be paid for the service and asked two staff of them for packing my belongings ( refrigerator, motorbike, air conditioner, air cooler, household items, clothes, inverter, books, etc ) on 11th November 2023 . They said to pay 80% of the bill amount at the time of loading the things so I already paid Rs. 13000 through gpay . I was expecting the movers at 10 a.m. but they came 2 hours late without a warning which made loading at afternoon . The truck didnot had a number plate, they told me, they bought it new and showed the reciept of their purchase of the vehicle where they loaded my things . The delivery date was 17th of November 2023 and on that date they send a new bill of amount Rs. 30000 which we didnot discussed before and not mentioned on the quotation bill . They said if you pay then only you will get your things . They delay delivery everytime I called them, all the staffs are misbehaving, talking rudely, one of the owner Mr. Ankit is not responding to my call, there phone numbers are switched off, the driver is making excuses that there vehicle is not moving, some time he is in lucknow, some day in delhi ncr, they are lying everyday, At last they told me that delivery will be on 26th November 2023 .
Now today I called them several times, after that they told me that they don't know where the vehicle is they will inform me in the evening and they don't know when will they deliver .
I am lodging complaint against this company, becaused I going through a very difficult situation. Please help me .
