Not refund my partial booking money 50000/-
Shriram WYT Field - Phase[protected]th tower- 7th floor- room 03)
In the initial meeting, the sales staf[censored]pdated pay amount 50000/-, so that we will lock your selected unit and rest of the booking amount you can pay later after deduction of the initial amount.
Due to financial and family problem I updated them that i am not going further for this property(Shriram Wyt Field) and request to return back my money 50000/- which i paid as initial payment.
The sales staf[censored]pdated me that the initial money is for booking so it will not refund. I requested please let me know if any refund/cancellation procedure, so that i will follow that to get my hard earn money.
But they are not returning my money back.
Initial payment attached for your information.
Visit the site and first meeting date: 18th December 2021(Saturday) at evening around 7PM (Initial money 50000/- paid)
Updated cancel the property: 20th December 2021(Monday)

The sales team I contacted with me are Nitesh, Kshitij, Abhinash, Mohammed Nayaz.
As i am a customer, i didn't get any help from them to refund my money 50000/- back.
I suggest please don't pay any token/advance/partial booking money because they will not refund if you cancel due to any reason.
There should be cancellation procedure to get back my money 50000/- but nobody from sales team helping me on this.

They will not refund your advance money if you cancel due to any emergency.
Think twice before paying any token money, it will not refundable.
I paid 50000/-, 1 day later I updated please cancel and return my partial booking amount due to financial and family problem, but they are not listening for refund.
