I got this refrence from Justdial, he called me, I asked my car transfer, he took all the original documents like car original rc, bank form 35, form 28, form 39, aadhar card details, legal agreement on 28 th March 22, after one week till now no documents are submitted to the rto. Now his phone is off and he is not responding...
