This is to inform you that I Hari om maurya, my CDC NO. MUM148346 and lNDOS No.08GL0216 had applied for my SID ten months Back until now I have not received due to wrong address and pin code as it's been returned again to Mumbai MMD. I had complaints few months back but still did not resolve my query. Because of this I am facing much more problem.
So kindly request you too please check and resend with...

I have applied my sid card in 2022 and it has not been delivered yet it’s almost 6-7 months and I haven’t got my sid card . On BSID website it shows that it has been dispatched. I even tried to contact to BSID by email and phone but no reply .
What to do now ?...

I would like to inform you that I have not received my SID yet. My appointment for SID was on 14/12/2020. I was informed that I would receive my SID within a week. I received an email regarding my SID printing but I have not received any further detqil regarding the same. I would requewt you to kindly help me in this issue as it is important for my further documentation. I attended the appointment for my SID at MMD Kolkata....
