This is to inform you that I Hari om maurya, my CDC NO. MUM148346 and lNDOS No.08GL0216 had applied for my SID ten months Back until now I have not received due to wrong address and pin code as it's been returned again to Mumbai MMD. I had complaints few months back but still did not resolve my query. Because of this I am facing much more problem.
So kindly request you too please check and resend with correct address as it's been mentioned in below file . Eagerly waiting for your reply.
