Hi,

I had made a payment of 1947/- and booked the Simple One EV on the web portal.
Agreed booking price: 1, 09, 900/-
Current Price: 1.45, 000/-

Booking amount was accepted at the terms of delivering the EV at the agreed price but now company is requesting for higher payment. This seems to be a fraudulent practice followed by this company and request your stern action in resolving this for multiple customers like me.

I pre-booked their electric scooter (Simple One) on 29th June 2022 and cancelled it on 3rd July 2022. They said that refund will be processed in 7-10 working days, I haven't received my refund yet. On contacting their support team ([protected]@simpleenergy.in) they told me that they have already already refunded me by sharing a random transaction Id without any further details.
