One day a customer agent from skill lync company approached me and after getting information about my educational qualification, he told me about post graduate education courses of skill lync company. Then he told me to study Data Science course. After I asked I said I don't want to join. Then I kept getting calls from the same phone number everyday. I took the call and said no many times. Then after two or three days I got a call again from the same phone number and I said I studied mathematics and I don't know coding about computers and I disconnected him. After a few days he again asked me to study data science from the same number. Then I told him patiently that I don't want to leave me. Then he asked if you have a degree in mathematics or not, because you are interested in mathematics, you can study coding in a simple mathematical way. Then he told me that after completing this data science course, we will arrange a job worth several lakhs of rupees for you. Then I told about my whole situation sir. My parents got separated due to some problems and both of them went separately to search for their new life. I spent my childhood wandering here and there. Now I have completed my college degree and I am looking for a job in my field and am living alone in this community doing household chores and eating food. I don't even have time to study the data science course you mentioned after quitting this job. I said that there is no facility.

Then you can study this course not only through face-to-face classes but also through online classes. Now there are no interview classes due to Corona period. He said that interview classes will be given in future and because you are working, he said that we will give you online classes then I asked how much is the total fees for this Data Science course then he said the total cost of this Data Science course is two lakhs two lakhs but you got an offer opportunity He said that you only have one seventy five lakhs. Then I said that I am living alone right now, how can I build 75 lakhs, I cut the call saying that I am not interested. After a month, he called me, then I said I am not interested, why are you approaching me again? I am a poor student and you approached me instead of rich students Poor student, I can't pay that much. Then he told me that you just need to pay 8000 rupees as monthly EMI for 3 months only. After that you will be given an internship and for that you have to complete 60% of your studies and to complete that 60% we will support you and conduct excellent lessons in three months. After that through internship you can earn ten thousand rupees per month and you can study this data science course. Then I said I need time to work on the idea.

Then he approached me after a week and asked my preference and I told him I can't study now. Then a month passed and one day he contacted me again and told me that if you complete this Data Science course only, your life will change and your future will be good, I will support you, don't worry, it is my responsibility to get you a job. Hearing that I also agreed to study Data Science. Then he asked for five thousand rupees to pre book immediately. I said that I don't have money now. I said I would need two days to arrange the money. Then he told you that today if you pre book 5000 one day you will get only 75 lakhs and today is the last day. After a month he called me again and I paid five thousand rupees and pre-booked the Data Science course, then the loan approval customer from eduvanz, a bussniess partner of skill lync, contacted me and asked for my aadhaar card, bank book and photos. I asked why then they told me to buy education loan. Then I told the person who contacted me about skill lync about what happened and he said that you can study this data science course only by taking education loan.

Then he asked if you have pan card and I said no. Then he asked for my Aadhaar card image and I sent it. Then he said that he has applied for PAN card. Then after a week he tortured me to apply education loan with pan card number. Then he and eduvanz loan approval customer took my details and if I didn't have enough knowledge at that time, they made a loan of 175000 lakhs on my bank within an hour. I immediately checked the balance thinking that the money has arrived in my bank but the money did not come I told him this he said that it will not reach your bank. This money will reach the skill lync company instead of giving you a data science course full required knowledge and study then a job with high salary. He said that we will buy it. Then he said that your classes will continue from tomorrow. I told that I don't have a laptop. He said that it will be given to you soon. They said that you can attend the classes in your free time. We have appointed a separate teacher for you and if you have any doubts you can contact them anytime. They didn't give me live classes for one month. Then I asked hard and they gave me live classes for one or two months. I tried hard to complete the 60% percentage they said and I had many doubts but they didn't fulfill our doubts. I have contacted my teacher several times and they have not responded to any communique. Then I called my teacher him. He told me that he can't give you live classes anymore. He said that you have to study yourself. I also finished my work and came home and studied my data science course at the time I got the study. If I finish studying the subjects but they increase the pictures and push me to finish all this for months I was not able to finish at that time, then days passed but my study was increasing but I was not able to finish. They did not provide me with a proper teaching assistant. It has been more than a year and a half and for eleven months I have been paying 7955 monthly through EMI. I was worried about whether I should study by myself and spend so much money.


I have contacted my teacher several times but they have not responded to me. For some days my teacher said that it is not possible to give you live classes. Then I lost money without learning about it alone. I was fired from my job. Then I told my teacher that I need interview classes but . They said it's not for you. My teacher didn't help at all. They broke the trust on skill lync and then failed to pay the EMI in September. I am living without this food and I have told my teacher and eduvanz loan customer care about this and told him the situation but I have been paying my emi continuously for the last 9 months I am not able to pay this month because I have been removed from the work I was doing but they are not accepting me daily. They became depressed. Because of this, sometimes my mind had some evil thoughts that prompted me to commit suicide. Due to this reason, I complained to Skill lync support email to cancel my data science course. I didn't even see that much money in person but I became a debtor. If this money reaches my bank, I can return it myself. I was deceived by my small desire thinking that if I finish my studies without doing anything, it will change our lives. If there is any legal way to cancel my course or if you know any way please guide me sir. Sir, I humbly request you to take some action against the fraud skill lync education institute, which has cheated me. 🙏🥺🙏

My name is Arjun, Got cheated by Skill Lync and Eduvanz. The Skill Lync have tie up with the Eduvanz team. Skill Lync has given my details to the Eduvanz for Loan procedures. After seeing much unprofessionalism of courses …teaching…placements….etc from this company Skill-Lync, I wanted to cancel my course but this company is not responding to me. It’s been a 6 months & I am continuously getting calls from the bank to pay the EMI. They are giving mental pressures and harshly speak to me but Skill Lync is not all responding to any of my issues. I want my money to refund. Cancelation of my eduvanz loan i have not started and i dont want to and never.
I repeatedly messaging till date to cancel the course. There is no response at all. Skill lync entire team is not responding and not canceling the course.

They are planning various tactics to join their courses and giving worst support and I am not interested anymore with their course and placement .
I raised several messages(tickets) on skill lync website and mailing stating my problem and thus requested them to cancel my course subscription. But, they’re not looking into it.

I have enough evidence with me. In the name of education they are exploiting innocent people looking for a job. They arrange loan from Eduvanz, a financial institution and these guys threaten you if you dont pay EMI. I have few call recordings with me.

The reply from skill lync is just to cover up on social media. operations manager is not picking my calls or replying to my Whatsapp text messages and emails. The support team is also not replying to my email from a very long time.

I am writing this regarding course cancellation with skill lync and loan cancellation with Eduvanz. I joined one of the course at skill lync by the end of November 2022, then they told that i was eligible for scholarship and i have to pay 5625 per month for 22 months, they told that i will get internship after 3 months, everything was quite good.

I am from a middle class family and also still studying since I'm a student, for EMI i am depending on my father and he is the only working person in our house, when I joined this course my father was having two jobs and thought we can manage but everything changed where he lost his both jobs, now he is getting less that 10k as his salary and I can't continue to pay EMI so in Jan 2023 i requested for course cancellation.

Nobody told that there is no cancellation policy in the beginning, after that still they forced me to continue course and pay EMI, my father borrowed money from others and paid EMI, but since then I'm requesting them to cancel my registration nobody responses.

Even you write 100 E-mail they will tell that they will contact but nobody will contact, even if they contact they are telling no cancellation policy.
If I raise ticket in the dashboard they will close that ticket for no reason without solving the issue.

From Eduvanz somebody called me and they are talking very rashly, even now i got message that there executive will come near our house and also they are telling me to pay late fee charges.
I don't have money from where should I get that money and pay for them?

I explained them everything about my situation but they are not allowing me to cancel registration.

I really can't handle this anymore, what if something happens to me ? Will skill lync and Eduvanz will take responsibility for that?

I really need permanent solution for this. Even now for raising this complaint they will reply that they will contact me but they won't contact me even though if I get call from them they will tell no cancellation policy.I don't want to hear that anymore so i need solution for this issue please do help me.

Hi, myself sumit kumar, i am a working person, on 26 th August 2023 a person Atithian from skill lync called me for enroll a pg course "PG in embedded system for electric vehicles" he told that as i am a working person i goes too much benefit after enrolling the course, (high salary). as i am a working person i told him that sir i have issue of time management to do this course they told me that it does not take too much complete this course you will have to give only 30-60 mins for this course, so i enrolled for course with total charges Rs. 2, 25, 000 ( inclusive of Laptop Voucher worth Rs.30000 & 3 months paid Internship worth Rs.30000)., after 5 month i didn't satisfied with my expectation (due to job ), so i mailed him for course cancellation on 21st january 2023, after that a person called me that this course is non cancellation and non refundable ( which is not told by the person at the starting ).and he forced me to complete the payment any how while you have complete your course or not. and also told that i have to contact person who has enrolled me for the course, so i callback Mr. atithian to talk management for cancellation of course. he told that operation team will do this only and after that on 11 th march eduvanz mailed me on 11th march

We will be glad to assist you if your Institute has a cancellation policy and they accept your request to cancel the course as the cancellation is at the sole discretion of the institute as per the terms agreed between you and the institute as the complete loan amount is already disbursed to them. You may contact the institute for clarification on their policies and check for a further process.

Kindly note that the loan cannot be cancelled/closed until we receive the complete loan amount with an interest."
sir i am in trouble to complete the course as i am in job and i have not so much time to complete the course, so i request you to please help me regarding the cancellation of this course.

Iam Karthikeyan recently on Dec 31 night i give an enquiry on skill lync and then they. Call and explain about courses name is pg program on complete passenger car design and product development fees of course is too much rupees 2.75 lakhs they said i said no for that and after few days they call me back and told now is fees is 1.75 lakhs only i said again no they call me again and again and ask me take the course ur future will be changed they told i said again no sir again few days he call now also the campaign is going on now the price rs 1.2lakhs only and i told iam not able to pay this amount they told u can 5454 for each month of 22 months he told first 3 months only u pay then 4 months itself we provide internship amount of rs 10000 to u and after 6 months of course complete we provide a permanent job then u pay form that like this Mr anbarasan form skill lync he told to me using mind-blowing words to convince me and i join unfortunately I was join in the course on Feb 4 2023 i and paid rs 5454 and didn't get learning access for 6 days i ask to anbarasan why the access is not given till he said u want to complete some steps to access he told he ask to send personal documents like adhaar card, pan card, driving license, for just verification only he said and including debit CVV number for CVV no i ask why i want to tell CVV no sir ask to him he told this for the internship amount to credit in bank account for that only you believe me i will support after completing all the steps i go to the skill lync website and login there is only videos are available to i said this is not suitable for me sir i said he told u can do it after 5 days goes i didn't understand anything from the video sir one day i received a mail from eduvanz financial company u purchase a loan of rupees 1.2 lakhs form eduvanz u want to pay the emi every month they said to me i shocked and call to person who enrolled me on skill lync iam asking about the what is loan and who is eduvanz i said he it is our financial company we got a loan for you form eduvanz company u want paid emi every i said please cancel my courses and loan sir i didn't understand anything from the video so i want to cancel it immediately he told there no any option to cancel the courses now only he telling like this before joining the course he didn't explain about loan and there is no any cancellation option now iam depression for past 2 week please help to cancel my courses and loan sir

Hello sir, myself venkatesh i have enrolled a pg courses in skill lync on August 2022, they have provided me a loan with a worth of 1, 50, 000 through eduvanz now i have decided to cancel the courses as I didnt got good customer support and also I got a job but they have asked me to pay the amount and they told cancellation is not possible so please take action against this company as i requested you to look on my complaint i am financially broken i need your help
