Product not delivered but amount deducted

Skyclothingworld.com is a fraudulent website which allows us to place orders but there is no tracking of orders available. I also got trapped with this fraud website by placing an order (Order#62674) on 12th April 2022 but till yet I have not received the product neither I got any information regarding my order.
Kindly take action against the fraud site and initiate the process for refunding my money i.e., Rs.199/- which I have paid for my order.

I did some shopping from skyclothingworld since 25th March. I tried to login through my credentials, account is showing as invalid. The money has been deducted from my account. I am trying to call on the number given on the website but no answer. I tried to approach on the email as well, but all in vain. Kindly help me out to get the refund.

I had ordered 2 products from Skyclothing world on feb 8th and i haven't received the products yet. They have sent a mail but there is no contact details of the seller.
