Skyclothingworld — Item status not been updated and item not delivered

I did some shopping from skyclothingworld since 25th March. I tried to login through my credentials, account is showing as invalid. The money has been deducted from my account. I am trying to call on the number given on the website but no answer. I tried to approach on the email as well, but all in vain. Kindly help me out to get the refund.
