I have ordered some products through the thedeconstruct website and i got a notification that it should be delivered in june 18 Tuesday 2024, after that i got a notification from Smartr Logistics like my order will be delivered through them i got a tracking link with AWB number
( AWB XSE[protected] ) . when i open the link its just keep showing your order is out for delivery and its the second day i haven't got any call from the...

Soo I ordered crocs from their official website It was showing that today it will get delivered and the delivery agent is out for the delivery but Then its now showing that it’s undelivered for some reason..
Soo what should I do now.?

I wanted to complaint that I have been getting an update that my shipment is out for delivery from the last 3 days but it has not been delivered so far. Pooja Dutt and her team has been making false claims that the package will be delivered today at any cost and this is happening from
The last three days. They updated their status on 22nd Aug at 9 in the morning that they will not be able to deliver today because of time constraints. This update was @ 9 AM when there was the entire day ahead of them. I really think my package has been misplaced. Otherwise it should have been delivered and all
They give us false commitment and say that out executive will call you. Not once have I recieved any call not even one in the last three days. I placed the order on the 11 or 12 and it’s frustrating now because the occasion for which I ordered the product has already gone by. Please take strict action against the company. Please look up on google reviews a lot of people have similar complaints. They have made a habit out of it.

I got a call from delivery agent and iam clearly mentioned my address but he was gone some where else which is around 500 meters distance and he was asking to come his place for receiving my order. I literally shocked with his behaviour..i dont know where my product was…

I am trying to call their customer service since morning but everytime call ends.
My courier was out for delivery but didn't came and when I track my product on their website it shows incomplete address or incorrect cannot be delivered. So what should I do now?

Ordered a couple of pouches from a manufacturer to BTM Layout 4 stage in Bangalore on 11 May 2023, they mentioned it'll take 3-5 days to deliver it through Smartr Logistics and emailed me a tracking number. When i checked after 5 days, it showed that its already delivered in 2 days on https://smartr.in/. Now the manufacturer says its Smartr Logistics has already delivered the parcel to some guy called Naveen in JP Nagar i.e. Bangalore and thus i cannot ask them for refund. Smartr Logistics's phone number is mentioned as 24/7 CUSTOMER SUPPORT NUMBER
[protected]. When i call it, number does not exist. Looks like another Logistics Fraud Startup company.

I ordered from smoke house india yesterday and my product was to be delivered by Smartr Logistics. The rider did not come to the location and marked the order as refused by the customer. I want a serious action to be taken for the rider of my delivery and on the delivery agency. AWB: XSE12645713

I’ve been calling them continuously day by day they are not taking actions or providing them. My product has not reached as it has shown out for delivery two days back. This smartr logistics is fraud.. they are cheating on people

I am not able to get my courier from 3-4 days while its showing the courier reached in city but its not delivered till now and there's no contact number to whom we can connect # worsted

Two days before I got a message like out for delivery. Still now I haven't received it.
I have raised many complaints but still they didn't take action

Complain against Smartr logistics.

My order is XSE42604295 not delivered to me and it is showing deliverd. Also I did not receive any call before delivery and when I am trying to connect, number is not valid and in mail they are claiming it got delivered by Smartr logistics. Attached Screenshot for your reference.Delivery location is nagvara (560045) and they have delivered to trinity. Please take appropriate action against them

This courier company is working with all fraud companies, once they deliver the fake product they won’t respond nor they come to collect the product. Not even proper mobile number is mentioned on the package. They don’t have proper address on google

I d ordered product wt tracking id XSE24399631. The tracking id shows it reached bangalore on 30/7/22.There is no further update after that. I have not received my product yet. It is for gifting purpose. I need it today itsel[censored]rgently.

This company is working with a fraud company named snikefits and they are not taking back the orders.
