I navaratan singh living in chisti nagar kanpur sanigawan kanpur mere ghar k saamne plot khali hai kai saal se jisame sab log kachara daalate hai owner shyam babu boundry nahi karba raha hai jisase pollution bahut jyada bad gaya hai maine kai baar kosis ki usase baat karne ki magar bo sunata nahi hai pls help me

we observe that so many institute offering B Tech degree for few private university they called it braking study facility for employed person....
2-We all confused about realty about KSOU/ RVD B Tech distance course
3-I consider their is no student fult if they persue any degree from KSOU/ RVD..becouse UGC approved that unoiversity ..it is apex body. and i[censored]GC aproved then its UGC responsible ..we believe in UGC then why...
