Society has levied a fine of Rs 1500/- towards throwing of water to clear stench from the remains of a dead rat.At the last AGM, the chairman revoked the imposition of a fine for her friend's and relative of the society. Is this right and as a lady member, I am harassed....

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Committee formation and society rules
Dear Sir,
I am a flat owner in one of the co-op. hsg.scties in Mumbai.
An adhoc managing committee of the society was formed to take over charge from Builders.
The Adhoc Committee called an Extra Ordinary(Special General Body) Meeting to discuss the various rules and guidlines of the society.
In the above meeting, some group of members formed a Managing Committee of themselves...
