I was employed as a service engineer of staan bio-med engineering private limited.

On getting the job at staan bio-med engineering private limited, i was asked to submit educational certificates and sign a contract for 3 years. I asked mr. M. Maria albert stanly of staan bio-med engineering private limited to provide an acknowledgement letter stating that the staan bio-med engineering private limited has received my certificates. Mr. M. Maria albert stanly agreed to provide acknowledgement letter and contract copy; but mr. M. Maria albert stanly never gave the acknowledgement letter and contract copy to me.
After few days of joining, i asked the acknowledgement letter and contract copy, he said you continue work, i will give you.

The company work timings are around 8 to 11 hours, and the employee have to ask permission and leave the company after the working hours. If we leave after 8 hours of work timing, they say this is not school time to leave on time. For working more than 8 hours, there is no overtime pay, and salary is not paid on time.
As per company rules, i submitted no dues note and left the job, i asked mr. M maria albert stanly to settle my salary, he said ok, and to come after some days for it. After a week, i went and asked my salary, mr. Stanly told, "i don’t know you". Mr. M maria albert stanly asked me "when you worked here."

With this issue, i approached mr. Vimalkumar of elf global solutions to get my salary. Mr. Vimalkumar told, "you left the job, so don’t ask the salary which you have worked for," and mr. Vimal kumar told, "you can never get salary from mr. Maria albert stanly and mr. M maria albert stanly is a fraud fellow.
I said mr. Vimalkumar, it is your responsibility as a consultancy to get my salary which i have worked. Mr. Vimalkumar told me,"i cannot help to get the salary from mr. Maria albert stanly; mr. Maria albert stanly is a fraud fellow."
Points to note

* never give certificates and join staan bio-med engineering private limited of mr. M maria albert stanly.
* if you give the certificates, get the acknowledge letter and contract copy.
