I contacted this agency to provide nanny for my 1 year old baby on 26th april 2022. Paid the registration fees of inr 10000 and i got maid details through whatsapp and next that when i called on that number that maid didn’t came. Then we contacted the agency and they start giving excuses and after n number of follow ups they have provided the replacement. She behaved politely for 1-3 days and then she started cooking stories about her family and keep asking for advance money and took adhoc leaves. We informed the agency and asked for replacement and they failed to provide the same and convinced us that she will not do this again. But yet again she did same, she whatsapp me that she is in hospital and she need her salary in advance through some unknown mobile number and when i refused she came to my home and made scene. I informed agency again to ask her to go but agency told she is not listening to them. I told agency that i had no plans of continuing with them and ask them to settle her due bill from the advance which we paid to the agency. Post that agency did not provide refund and i really had bad time with maid. My baby is very small and the top of that this kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour by agency can’t be tolerated. I need my refund of rs 10000. I am still waiting for the refund! Every time i am given a wrong information i. E. Wrong number or told that the head is in meeting and will call back. But not response from their side.

I contacted this agency to provide nanny for my new born baby in july'17. Paid the registration fees of inr 12000 and i got first maid in aug. Knowing well its for baby care they provided a nanny who eats paan and tobacco. She used to be intoxicated most of the time and had unhygienic habits like spitting in house! One day she just left and i also had no plans of continuing with her. Post thi agency did not provide replacement maid. When i asked for refund in aug second week, was told it will be processed in 20-25 days. I am still waiting for the refund! Every time i am given a wrong information i. E. Wrong awb number or told that the head is in meeting and will call back. But not response from their side.
