I had taken loan of rs3000 from akara capital on 23/11/2020 due to covid I was unable to pay the loan and now in my cibil it is showing I had taken loan of rs 9450 and 6450 rs has been paid and over due is over 30000 on which intrest rate they are accumulating over dues amount .I can only pay what I had taken not more than that
They have filled suit against me
If they can file a complaint I can also

I have taken a loan of Rs 1000 from Stashfin, whereby i had already paid Rs 1000 in earlier occassions. I wanted to settle the account therefore, i repeatedly mailed Stashfin about the same. One person called me and said if i pay Rs 2000 that day itself, the account will get settled and i will receive my NOC via mail.

I immediatiely paid Rs 2000 via the link the person provided me via message.that day itself,...

One fine day, 26th July, 2021 a person nemaed Utkarsh no [protected] called me and said if i pay Rs 2200 that day itself, the account will get settled and i will receive my NOC via mail.

I immediatiely paid Rs 2200...
