My November Month emi got debited twice and there is no response from their side. All the customer care numbers are out of service. Their in built app chat bot is such a waste of time. It won’t give any solution to your issue.

On 03/11/2025 I paid through google pay and the transaction id is[protected]

My name is Shivangi Yadav. I have taken loan from Stash Fin Loan company of Rs 30000. I have paid my Sept Month EMI of Rs 2997.08 on 4th Sept 2025. Also, manual payment updated in Stash Fin Loan application. But on 5th Sept 2025 Stash Fin Auto debited two time from my account of rs 2967 and also there is no update for these two payments even after 3 days nor in Loan application. I didn't do any ECS submissions on the Stashfin app for loans.
I applied for 10000 and 2000 INR, but it failed. My phone was hacked and hasn't worked since then; no one has contacted me to help me. This app is cheating me and not giving me the required amount.

I was booking a railway ticket with amount of Rs 4106 through Stash fin ( Vadodara To Kolkata for 12.05.2024. The verification was successful and I paid a down payment of Rs 1402. Hi Team

I had taken a loan of 16500 from the company but due to loss of job I was unable to repay it. I just recently obtained a job and I will need to wait till I get my salary to repay the loan. The customer service is pathetic as they keep calling continuously and they are extremely unprofessional for recovery of loan. I feel RBI should cancel their license due to the extreme unprofessional behavior of recovery agents...

I have taken a loan from Stashfin where I have made my 1st emi clear but as i lost my job now and i had spoke to customer representative regarding this i have asked for a time from them but now they sended my case file to collection department.I will require few months time to go ahead and repay it.And what a worse customer support there is no option to contact them only they can contact us.If we do email they never give any solutions...
