My name is Dinesh Kumar. My loan id #[protected] and taken loan of rs. 100148 from Stash Fin . I have paid my Sept Month EMI of Rs 5928 on 3rd Dec 2025. Also, manual payment updated in Stash Fin Loan application. But on 4 Dec 2025 Stash Fin Auto debited two time from my account of rs 5928 and also there is no update for these two payments even after 2 days nor in Loan application. My November Month emi got debited twice and there is no response from their side. All the customer care numbers are out of service. Their in built app chat bot is such a waste of time. It won’t give any solution to your issue.

On 03/11/2025 I paid through google pay and the transaction id is[protected]

The Stashfin team, powered by AKARA CAPITAL ADVISORS PRIVATE LIMITED, is harassing/abusing me, my relatives, and friends. I have a loan overdue with them. I asked them to settle my loan. I have taken loan and repaying my loan on time in the Stashfin app. I have 35000 credit limit and I maintain good credit score. But I unable to use my credit limit in Stashfin app for past 56 days from 24 August 2024. Hi Team

I had taken a loan of 16500 from the company but due to loss of job I was unable to repay it. I just recently obtained a job and I will need to wait till I get my salary to repay the loan. The customer service is pathetic as they keep calling continuously and they are extremely unprofessional for recovery of loan. I feel RBI should cancel their license due to the extreme unprofessional behavior of recovery agents...
