I had placed and paid for an order bearing no 50135 - paid for it thru Payu.in vide transaction ID 50135_2209227:64 on 27 Sept 2022.

I haven't received the items nor have I received a refund - they haven't responded to my mails, their phone seems to be perpetually unreachable.

I had purchased a Weighing scale on 30.04.22 of Rs 310/- & amount debited from my account but I had not received any intimation about the delivery. Kindly look into it. Transaction ID of Payment is [protected] towards payu .
