Styles Refresh — Non receipt of ordered and paid for items

I had placed and paid for an order bearing no 50135 - paid for it thru Payu.in vide transaction ID 50135_2209227:64 on 27 Sept 2022.

I haven't received the items nor have I received a refund - they haven't responded to my mails, their phone seems to be perpetually unreachable.
