I had sent my car for servicing and denting painting repair on 8th November and received bk on 30th November with incomplete work. There are dents left at lot of places and also the parts have not been fixed pproperly. We have paid a huge amount of 50k rupees and even after being in direct contact with the senior manager there was very poor response from the entire team .

Worst fraud
Honda amaze vehicle tyre got punctured. When we try to replace a tyre, Bolt is completely broken with nut. How we ensure our safety with your manufacturing. We are doing a regular car service. We have purchased this car in February 2021. In 6months only, we are facing this kind of issue and how come we will ensure our safety on using this brand car.

Loss of new floor Matts ( complete set , biegh colour) of my Honda city after 3rd service
Sir, I have given my vehicle TN10 BL 6941 for 3rd free service 2 weeks back, in sundaram Honda service Center, Chennai ! Attended by one person named Me Raj, I being a doctor was busy with my schedule, since I had used my old car floor mats also and more over they have put the Honda after service paper also, I didn’t notice the missing orginal Matt of my Honda city . The full set ! I have been trying to get it back last 3 days ! Today they gave a black colour Matt, but mine being Biegh colour! There is no proper response from the complaint section as well from mr raj ! I request u to kindly look into this and help me get back my orginal set of floor mats ! Thanking u . Sir,
I had given my honda city car for full service/ polishing/ battery change etc .. Which cost me around 13000 rs.. But while delivery the car was not polished and most of my requirements was unfinished which looked obvious and really bad.. I was very disappointed, But still I paid the full amount and called mr. Hairharan CRM.. And complained .. He send mr.main Maran to my residence and did the needful.. But however I notice the manual book was missing which I handed over to the service person from honda while sending the car for service .. It's been more then a month now and I still did not receive the book as well as no one either got back to me ..when ever I call regarding the book they just tell me that they will get back to me within 5 mins which they don't.. I will not be able to sell my car without the manual book and the pervious records of service .. Please take action regarding this issue at the earliest as possible

i am chandra sekhar vadlamani professor iitjee in chemistry write to u with great disbeleif and anger when i came to know about how i was kept in dark about my car delivery by u i mean the dealer at hyderabad that is sundaram honda.
it was dated back in 2007 when converged on to buy honda car from sundaram honda the exact date of purchase according to invoice issued is[protected] ,ur executive at sundaram whom we and everyone beleive to be most reliable delivered the vehicle which was manufactured in 2006 which was kept deliberately by sundaram honda at hyderbad at the show room place mind u at the show room was never revealed by the showroom that is sundaram the manufacturing date is 2006.
i strongly beleive and convinced that the showroom completely colluded in this regard ,the same shall be revealed before the consumer court and honda seil cars when i file a case before them on friday when the appointment is fixed,in fact the phone no of mr ravichandar is given by a lady at manufacturing facility of honda seil cars to file a complaint .
in fact i was so hurt to listen from ur worker while inspection that it is 2006 vehicle for which i paid full cost not even a single paise discount.
in the complaint filed before the regulators i demand the company that i am entitled to get all the depreciation benefits that a second hand car gets .
the correct demand is 30 percent of total cost with interest for all these years i am using the car which is entitled to get depreciation.
i expect sundaram honda which colluded at show room by not revealing the year of manufacture when we went for a new car ,and i feel cheated after 5 years and hence approaching the regulators to punish sundaram honda for it deeds and expect compensation from the same .
i am dtermined to take it to a conclusion at appropriate forums.

what is most astonishing is the insurance of car done at honda assure which quotes date of first purchase is[protected].that means the show room has complete knowledge of year of manufacture and deliberated on the issue and sold to the customer with full price to the customer.
also the car is mortagaged with punjab national bank and i asked the bank to paticipate in probe before the regulator.
i see a conspiracy of silence from sundaram honda ,and expect to respond positively with interest ,and the same shall be pleaded before the regulator and manufacturer if sundaram does not respond.
i want the sundaram showroom to appologise for the same compensate with honour and admit as the manufacturer does.

I purchased a new car HONDA CITY on 07/07/2017. The post GST difference amount wasn’t refunded as per promises. The new car was already run for 300km without my permission. They forced me to do the permanent registration. They also sold the variant which was available in the showroom only.
