Defective and spoiled cat wet food items

I ordered 48 packets of wet cat Kennel kitchen food, in which i received only 12 packets which were defective. I received refunded for the missing items but no refund was issued for the spoiled items. Yesterday the agent told me to open and sent the photo to investigate and later denied saying its already open. This is total fraud as why would they first tell me to sent photo to investigate and then later deny it.

I have ordered 4 products from SuperTails.com each containing 12 packets, but i only received 1 packet from the agent, instead of 24 packets.
Please deliver the rest of 36 packets immediately.
I waited 5 days for this product and i had to call everyday for delivery, and even after the delivery the products are missing, this is not acceptable. This service is causing me unnecessary troubles and stress.
