I ordered 48 packets of wet cat Kennel kitchen food, in which i received only 12 packets which were defective. I received refunded for the missing items but no refund was issued for the spoiled items. Yesterday the agent told me to open and sent the photo to investigate and later denied saying its already open. This is total fraud as why would they first tell me to sent photo to investigate and then later deny it.
The food was supposed to be in jelly but it looks bloated and only a thick, its totally spoiled as a bad smell is also coming. The product should be in jelly solid form but i received a thick paste and cannot feed my cat.
I demand refund of the defective item they have sent me of rs. 270
