Dear sir,

This is to bring to your notice that in our area, the owner of plot no:2435, name: veeraganta subbarao, 4th phase, old mig, bhel is illegally running the commercial activity in residential area, which is creating a lot of disturbance to the common people like public are suffering when they are running 24/7 shifting,

They are using 100kva generator which is giving lot of sound pollution to all neighbours. And, they are using heavy centralised air conditioners in all floors without using any commercial electric meter and transformer, because of this we neighbours are getting lot of power fluctuations at all the times continuously.
He has lot servers and large computer systems, so they have been consuming lot of power. So they dont have a suitable meter as per suppply load.

All facilities power, water and tax everything he is utilising as residential instead of commercial this all thing illegall, so because of this we are suffering with power fluctuations.

We request concerned authority to take necessary action immediately.

This is to bring to your notice that in our area, the owner of plot no:2435, name: veeraganta subbarao, 4th phase, old mig, bhel is illegally running the commercial activity in residential area i. E, to the bpo call center, which is creating a lot of disturbance to the common people like public are suffering when they are running 24/7 shifting and employees are coming on the road to smoking in front of our gates at middle of the nights and also they don't have parking space, all the employees are parking their vehicles on road by occupying road.

And also, they are using 100kva generator which is giving lot of sound pollution to all neighbors. And, they are using heavy centralized air conditioners in all floors without using any commercial electric meter or separate transformer, because of this we neighbors are getting lot of power fluctuations at all the times continuously.

All facilities power, water and tax everything he is utilizing as residential instead of commercial this all thing illegal, so because of this he has been paying less property tax, less water bill etc.

He has connected 1hp motor directly to manjeera water pipe line, so we neighbors are not getting much drinking water.

Also, building doesn't have the g+3 permissions even though he constructed the g+3 floors in violation of rules adding additional floors against the permitted floors.
And also building is in under court matters even though he is running business illegally.

The owner of said property and company is not listening to us as many times we convince him not to lend the residential area for commercial use. But he didn't care and suggested us whatever you want to do, just i need money and also said that any ghmc official comes i am ready to give money.

We request concerned authority to take necessary action immediately.

Note: because of all these things minded, owner has not been put the office registered name boards and even plot number in front of building for identification.

Don't buy any product... Its a fraud site. I am putting complaint of courier person if i didn't received the amount
