On 13th Jan, 2022, the technician (Vishwa) from Suraj Enterprise came my home in Whitefield and took back the Elica Chimney for cleaning with a expected delivery date of 15th Jan, 2022. Chimney was in good condition, it was taken for cleaning only and paid Rs.1000 advance for the full cleaning.
They did not come for 2 weeks and on 3rd week they had sent the Chimney via auto, I had paid Rs.475 to the auto.

Chimney fraud company
Company name called suraj enterprise which I found in google sent a technician for faber chimney repair .after reaching home he claimed to take it to service centre and fix issues
However later he mentioned that illot of parts needs to be changed which will cost additional ten thousand which we declined and asked for him to return product
He refused to return product in a day and said he needs around a weeks...

Yes we are going through this same issue. The guy's name is Rajesh and sent another guy by the name of Vishwa. Said he had to do a deep clean of our Faber exhaust. He took the exhaust with him in an autorickshaw and a deposit of Rs500. They later rang to say it will cost Rs 1, 200 to clean. After a little while they called saying the motor is bad and wanted Rs6000 to fix. Once we said bring it back, that's it they are no longer answering...
