Yes we are going through this same issue. The guy's name is Rajesh and sent another guy by the name of Vishwa. Said he had to do a deep clean of our Faber exhaust. He took the exhaust with him in an autorickshaw and a deposit of Rs500. They later rang to say it will cost Rs 1, 200 to clean. After a little while they called saying the motor is bad and wanted Rs6000 to fix. Once we said bring it back, that's it they are no longer answering our calls - in fact they blocked our numbers. The receipt has a fake address in MS Palya. Doesn't look like we are going to get this back. One of their phone numbers is [protected].
