I ordered them some items and didn't receive my order till now. I gave order on 14/11/21. I already pay them for this

I have ordered Flawless painless hair removal for women (order number #1040) on 18th August 2020. The payment was done through online banking Rs 499. Order confirmation was received from mail id aman.[protected]@gmail.com
Inspite of sending and enquiring about the product no reply from them and the site also no longer exists. The product was advertised in Instagram and clicking on that link it went to their page. They have given a customer care number which doesn’t exist at all.
