ORDER #16950 was purchased online on 29th October from Swanky store. Paid 299 rupees for the 3d moving sand art hour glass item, but not received the item yet. Resolve my issue or refund my money back.
The order has still not arrived. To add to the woes, the store wouldn't revert to any of my emails. It's a fraud store and don't buy items from this website.....

I had ordered product on 24th Oct 2022 but its not delivered yet with no updates...

I have purchased online in Swankystore.in and paid 499 rs for Gesture Sensor Control Car on 20 Mar 2022. Since then, i am following up and keeping mail to [protected]@gmail.com I am not getting update since last 6-7 months....

I have place an order 3d moving sand glass online the amount has been paid by the debit card of Rs:199/-.They sent a mail that my order number is#14103 no tracking information available.unable to contact to store the phone number is wrong that they have provided.Totally Fake store...

I had ordered a 3D sand moving glass on 27th of june 2022 via swanky store and make the payment via razorpay and i haven’t got my order status.
I had mailed them slso but still I haven’t got any revert from the team....

I ordered 3 piece toy airplane on 2april22. I made online payment of 398 rupee. But after that there is no response from shopkeeper side and also they are not replying to my emails.
The phone number provided in there website is also wrong.

They are totally fraud company. Please do not order anything from there website....

swankystore.in is an online fraud company promoting themselves on various social media sites including Instagram. I have paid Rs 199 to buy a toy for my daughter on 5th April 2022 to their PayU account for order# 8311 with transaction i.d. [protected] and till date 23rd April 2022 i haven't received any update from them about toy or my money. I request the consumer forums and google to take strict action against them.

I have ordered an aeroplane toy for my kid on swankystore.in ...i was able to make an payment online but post payment i am not getting any acknowledgement nor confirmation from them... I tried to reach them but in vain...totally fraud companies...never trust china makes nor companies which market china products...police should stop these activities......

Please take action. Purchased a product but jo delivery. They are looting people....
