Ordered, But I didn’t get any update for order confirmation or delivery…

I have placed 2 orders on https://swankystore.in on dated 21/11/2022
I already paid (398+398) for both orders via Google pay. but until now I didn’t get any order confirmation or any delivery update from this website.. I am attaching the order screenshots and payment screenshots with you for urgent action on this fraud activity..

I have placed an order of 1 neon flying ball from swankystore.in on 3rd November, 2022 and paid INR 199 for it. The site showed that the order was confirmed but since then neither I have received my order nor any communication regarding it. This looks like a scam to defraud the consumers. Please help me in resolving this issue and if possible shut down this fraud site.

Paid online for swankystore.in for 3d sand hourglass but not received yet. Please take legal action against them otherwise many like us would be cheated. Their contact detail is as follows:

They are charging amount for product but not delivering it to customer. They are fake and looting money.

I have done online order ( Kids airoplane - toy) from "Swankystore.in" site where amount deducted from acount but order not placed.

I don't know how to get refund from Swanky.

I have tried to contact swanky customer care through call and email available on the site but no response.

I have order the toy and paid 499. After that no response from website help option. I have sent email from the website. But, no response from them.

Purchased a product and paid amount of 499. Not received the product after 20 days also and no response from the help line email.

I've ordered toys on swankystore.in and I've not received anything and not even a mail message regarding order despatch.
