Non delivery of the product

I ordered two products through order o PO[protected] thorugh tata1mg app.
The products ordered were
1) Perfinex 801mg
2) Threptin high protien biscuits.
Out of two products only second one was delivered. First one Perfinex 801mg was not delivered.
Kindly look into the matter

Recently I brought few medicines via Tata 1MG. They have charged Green packaging charges Rs 3 per order. I would like to know is it a valid charge to pass to consumer. I think packaging charges should not be passed to customer. When I checked with them they said they are going towards green packaging and want to save environment which is good but passing those charges to consumer and there is no choice for not opting.

Wrong product delivered and also not doing replace, This is my complaint no.[protected] and also not provide complete information about replacement after 4 days of order delivered

Online payment and Cash

Place an order for life saving medicine Nintena 150 prescribed by the doctor on COD. When my order was verified then I paid the amount Rs5, 499 online. Delivery guy came with medicines and cash invoice. How can I pay double (online payment and cash). I showed him online payment made through my bank statement. Then in presence of him I contact through chat. They were insisting me to pay again as they initiated my refund (which will take about a week). They did not sms/email me of the refund until the moment 18:19hours. I told them I am running short of fund. I can't pay. It was their mistake but they did listen to me and were insisting me to pay the cash again. At last they took the medicines despite my request that I will pay as soon as I receive refund and/or if receive from my children.
What to do? I am helpless.

Complaint marked as Resolved As per their explanation, they had technical problem which caused me hard time. They were asking cash payment despite I paid the amount online. I was running out of cash. They did not cooperated with me. Then I took loan and purchased again those medicines (life saving) on COD.

I am Care member of 1mg.com and buying prescribed medicines for my wife aged 67 since last one and half year. She is suffering from breath problem and on oxygen under supervision of the doctor. I do upload prescription on 1mg and place an order. Recently they started holding my order and call on my mobile and ask questions about the patient then they issue their own prescription. What is this practice?

Product Missing In box but Not refund my money

I ordered a product from tata 1mg on 1/04/2023 and recived on 5/04/2023 and give them full payment of 2161/- Rupees. My Product order ID is PO[protected]. After receiving the product i Unboxing the packet And make A video o[censored]nboxing But I found that two metrials was missing out of three metrials. I raise a complain and told the company that matter. Company agent told me they need 24-48 hr to solve the issue. Then I give the time so they can solve my issue. I also share the video of the unboxing of the product where two metrials were missing. I send that video on Gmail with 5 MB compressed file. Then I Send full HD video on their Whatsapp Number Because GMAIL does not support up to 5 MB video. After that I talked daily and daily with them and asked for the resolution but they make excuses and excuses. They said we are investigating about it and will definitely call you. But they don't call me. Only I calling them. My issue was not solved after 4 days . Then again they take 24 hr from me and told me they are highlighted the problem and issue will be solve surely but after 48 hr again they didn't contact me or help me at all and forget about my issue but after sending me missing metrial they still holding my money. Again I contact to the they told me within 1hr a supervisor will contact me but after 24 hr no one contact me. When i contact them again they again take 24 hr to solve the problem. But still I didn't get any kind of response from their side. They were just harassing me and Just spinning round and round. Last time I call them and asking to solve My problem but they said there is not fault from our side and we don't give you refund and not send you the missing product.
Please look at this matter as soon as possible. Please mail me immediately

Discount not applied and no response from Customer Care

I have made a purchase on TATA 1mg on[protected]. (order PO[protected]).
Before making the payment, the final amount shown was 2992.
Out of which care plan discount was 440 Rs.
But after making the payment, I realised that 440Rs discount is not applied in my order and I was charged complete 2992.
Out of this 2992, I have made payment through neucoins as 339 and 2660RS from my card.
But in the bill summary in APP, it was shown that 440 Rs discount is applied and, Neu coins used are 289.61 & remaining 2271 paid online.
But this is totally wrong.
Please check my Neucoin History, it was clearly stated 339 coins were deducted on Sep 25. It clearly shows there is a mismatch.
Also, in my detailed bill, it was shown that discount amount is ZERO.(refer attached bill)
So I realised that 440 Rs discount is not applied in my order and I was overcharged.
For this query I have been following up with TATA 1mg executives nearly since two weeks, but so far no satisfactory response is received even though they should respond within 48hrs as per the policy.
(I'm attaching mail conversations).
Please help me in resolving the issue

Delivery is not done PO26322102989165

I have ordered medicine from tata 1mg on 21st with order I'd: PO[protected] and delivery te was on 26th but when it was not delivered I have contacted their customer service they are simply say it will be delivered on next day but it's not and they will give ticket number [protected]. This caused the heart medicine to get over. If they told they are incapable of delivering would have ordered from some place else. Their backend told on 27th it will be delivered by 28th at any cost and the number is [protected] and again yesterday by [protected] that it will done by tommorow but their is no sign of that. I have contacted them almost 15times still no sign of delivery.

Money not refunded yet - Paid twice

I ordered medicine for my father on Aug 3rd and paid for Tatamg via Amazon UPI. Payment was successful on Amazon side as well as my bank statement has the money debited for 1mg. However on 1mg side, the payment is still in progress and when I reach them, they initially said I will receive the refund in 5-7 business days. Now its more than 12 days, and no one is bothering to help. I reached them n number of times and raised my concern yet no one is giving a proper response. They simply get all the proofs and keep me waiting for 24 to 48 hours. I work for the same Tata brand and I trusted them, but now I feel they do not even take responsibility of the consumer/customer. They don't own their actions and do not resolve any user issues. They leave it just like that when it comes to money point of view. I do not want to lose my money. If I need to complaint again I will definitely do, I have all the proofs for the transaction to 1mg. I hope someone checks this and helps! Thank you.

Wrong Doctor name on the Invoice

I have posted my doctor's prescription while ordered the medicines but when i received the medicines along with invoices, the doctor name they have printed was incorrect. When I did chat with them they said it can not be changed as it is as per their process. How come they do like that. I will have to stop buying medicines from them in that case.

I purchased medicines online Tata 1mg vide Invoice number V1533N179739 dated 30th March 2022. For some reasons I had to return two packs of a medicine. The Company arranged reverse pick up on 24th April 2022, and assured a refund of about Rs 670 within five days. The Company has still not refunded my money, as on 30th May 2022. The company refuses to answer my phone calls, or emails, or whatsapp messages.

I have ordered skin related medicines from 1mg and tried to pay through Tata Pay.
Payment got deducted and now it is showing that payment failed.Because order is of more than 2000Rs so I am unable to make it again.
I did chat with your team but their reaponse is that money will be refunded within 5-7working days.
What about someone if he had only that much money and cant get refund to reorder.I...
