I had placed an order from Tata 1 mg for Nua Acne Pimple patches. The order was prepaid. The MRP listed for the same product on the application was Rupees 299/-, however the MRP on the product is rupees 159. Which is almost double the difference.

Unethical practices Via TATA NEU APPLICATION.- WESTSIDE

I had used the Tata Neu application for purchase of clothing via 2 separate orders WESTSIDE ORDER #292657 and #324139
ORDER #292657 - Order placed on August 02, 2022 05:29PM -Fully prepaid order via card.- ORDER VALUE ₹ 3, 414.60
There was no 3 OUT OF 6 items were held up for dispatch for over 3 weeks ( SKU ID[protected]/[protected]/[protected] .With multiple Calls to the contact center, I received and automated mail on 21st august that my order has been cancelled and amount has been refunded. II had asked for delivery and not for the refund
#324139 - order was placed on August 12, 2022 09:15PM - Fully Prepaid order -ORDER VALUE- ₹ 718.20
There were 2 items in this order. Againstt this order as well, there was not intimation of dispatch.
I had been awaiting delivery which with committed as a standard 5 days from order date.
I reached out to customer service on 26th of August 2022 for the dispatch status via chat.
Between 26th of August till today -4th of October there are more than 6 calls to the contact center of the team and 32 emails exchanged ( 3 out of six calls on the recorded customer service line) were routed to supervisor wherein I had specifically mentioned on the criticality of the order pending dispatch with no avail.
I wish to highlight these two instances as an instance of malpractice by Tata Digital wherein there is no timely refund for unfulfilled orders and action is being taken only on raising of compliant.
I wish for the website to be taken down as there may be more consumers impacted due to their false promises and delayed refund of money already collected against un-available merchandise
I request you to look into this issue and assist with the highest level of penalty for such consumer harassment.
