I want to say that I lost my tata walky prepaid phone[protected] with paper. New dakbanglow road's Tata outlet sold me a telephone set without giving any receipt on 15th of February 2010 and told me to get the receipt after 3 days and send me to Kankarbagh outlet saying that in five minutes your old walky no. will be loaded in the new set.
