Sir,
I want to say that I lost my tata walky prepaid phone[protected] with paper. New dakbanglow road's Tata outlet sold me a telephone set without giving any receipt on 15th of February 2010 and told me to get the receipt after 3 days and send me to Kankarbagh outlet saying that in five minutes your old walky no. will be loaded in the new set.
I went to Kankarbagh outlet. They told me that firstly you will have to convert your prepaid connection to postpaid for Rs. 500 and it will take six hour and after then your old prepaid no. will be loaded in the new set. I did as I was said to do but they also did not give me any receipt for Rs. 500/-.
Now three days has passed and still I do not get my no. activated. I call them more than 20 times and visited the kankarbagh outlet more than 8 times but all in vain. I was in very much need of my old no.
I wish to take apropriate action angainst them for harassing me and make available the receipt.
