I’d ordered a pair of Aldo shoes on 13/06/23 from Tatacliq Luxury of which the MRP on " Tatacliq Luxury " was shown as Rs.16999/- & the discounted price as Rs.6790/-. ( Image attached for ref. )
On receiving the product box I noticed that the packaging box didn't contain print of any statuary details like the MRP or Manufacturing/Import details etc. ( Images attached for ref. )

They delivered a used product and are not picking it up for return since 1 month
I ordered a DeLonghi coffee machine on Tatacliq Luxury on 5th May. I received the item on 13th May in a used condition with coffee residue and milk stains alll over the device and with all the plastic packaging already torn open inside the box.
I have contacted customer care on 13th May itself and even sent them images of the item and the packaging on the WhatsApp number they had given - (+[protected]. I have also initiated the return process on the website and it says Pick up scheduled on 13th May but no one came to pick it up. I have neither received any information from the customer care/ WhatsApp number nor from the website on when the item will actually be picked up or what the status of my return is. It has been 1 month but no reply to any of my emails or messages. Their automated machine calls me every morning and evening saying "pickup unsuccessful. Press 1 if you still want to return it". Horrible shopping experience and the most useless customer service I have experienced until now.
