I’d ordered a pair of Aldo shoes on 13/06/23 from Tatacliq Luxury of which the MRP on " Tatacliq Luxury " was shown as Rs.16999/- & the discounted price as Rs.6790/-. ( Image attached for ref. )
On receiving the product box I noticed that the packaging box didn't contain print of any statuary details like the MRP or Manufacturing/Import details etc. ( Images attached for ref. )
There was a hand written price sticker pasted on the shoe which shows the MRP as Rs.10999/ & the revised discounted price as Rs.5499/- ( Image attached for ref. )
Firstly issue is that the statuary details that should be printed mandatorily are missing & second is the issue of difference in the price as mentioned on the product & with that as mentioned on the App/website.
I've been following up with their customer care team since then & simply reply that they are working on this issue & shall update soon. Was this information helpful? |
