Very Worst Service

They have a very bad service. I called them by 6 pm to book a cab for my travel at 9.They said me to call before one hour of the travel and i waited for two hrs and called them by 8 and they replied since its a shift changing time we wont be able to provide u a cab.If this is the case they should have told that when i called them by 6.... So guys pls dont use this taxi. u may not get to a place in time.......

Taxi Taxi Worst Service Don't think about it.I booked a cab today by 8.00am and they confirmed my booking for 8.30 am. I called by 8.35am they said because of cab availability it go delay it will reach in another 15 min. I reconfirmed they said sure. It was 9.05 am I called again I got a very cool reply sorry Mam cab not available. I got irritated and said you should have told this before i would have arranged for alternate are you playing?...
