Regarding the hero electric optima my vehicle coming each and every month for the dealer for several issues like horn, brake etc.
Very poor quality parts and not use as safety vehicle.
Very dissatisfied of service work and vehicle quality....

When I took delivery itself I was informed to show room to rectify the brake problem but they are not taking it seriously. Hi, I booked a Hero Electric E-Bike with Thanya Motors Ambattur in July 2021 and at the time of booking they provided Price Quotation of INR 69423 along with the Insurance - INR 2454 and Registration Charges of 4005, After waiting for 7 months, I got the allotment now and to my surprise they have increased the Registration Charges to[protected] more is charged)
