I bought the Hero Optima Dual Battery on 29/03/2022 from Thanya motors, Ayapakkam, Chennai-53. When I took delivery itself I was informed to show room to rectify the brake problem but they are not taking it seriously. After the first service they tightened the brake nut but the problem was not solved by Dealer. Again the brake is not holding. If asked by the dealer they inform me that the hero optima model has brake issues. So you kindly ask Hero motor. So kindly solve the brake problem in my vehicle because its very dangerous to drive the vehicle on the road. so as soon as possible to solve the issue and iform to the your Dealers to resolve it.
