I ordered a product on 24th july they said that we'll be delivered by 28th july but i don't receive till now I contacted them many times but they just say that we are sorry and nothing much

The customer care number +[protected] doesn’t work. On chat, they do not respond. Not sure how to connect with Moms co team to get returned or replaced.
No response from their team.

They send me damaged product ..and I asked for replacement because l order 3 product and received my face wash completely leaked ..
I contacted the customer support they think they are so intelligent..send me an old order ID and said replacement order going to deliver in 3 - 4 days ...completely lie ..they didn't even put any replacement for me..and found it using order I..what if other people fooled

I had purchased this face wash from the website of this brand via online order and a defective product was delivered to me.The consistency of the material inside the package is watery which can be seen from outer packaging so I didn't open the product.I don't want to use this product which might be harmful for the skin.The product is still with me in completely sealed unopened state and i want this product to be replaced by the brand as the product is well within expiry date.But inspite of writing several emails to the customer care mail id given by the brand i am not getting any response from their end.Please help me with this issue as i will not be able to use this defective product.Please revert back asap.

I have ordered a product on 7the march 2023 but till now I didnt received my order but a message have arrived by telling that I have received the product I haven't

Customer service agent didn't even read my query first..They just typing what they usually send to other people..I asked why my coupon didn't showing in my invoice ..I applied buy 1 get 1 offer..but it's not showing in invoice..this is my question.. Customer service agent replied delivery date in 19 March or something..did ask ask that??

My first order didn't delivered and it's return to its origin by its own...now my second order is late by 3 days...this is worst app . And am going to tell all my friends not to use moms.co they never delivered our order.

The courier executive refuses to send the otp to the registered mobile no. . The delivery boy denies to give the product due to the absence of otp since 2 days.
